Grunge

Grunge music is also known as Seattle sound and appeared in the mid 1980's. The music genre is inspired from hardcore punk, heavy metal and indie rock and is mostly a wild mix of guitar sounds. Grunge music was never like because the people who liked it where the ones that were not liked by the government because of their criminal record or the appearance they had. The first time that grunge music appeared in the public was due to Nirvana and Pearl Jam's Ten. These two bands was the reason why grunge music became famous throughout America. The style of the musicians and fans was torn out clothes and the "dirty" look, meaning most guys where unshaved and not washed. They didn't care how other people thought of them and they did what they wanted, that was their theme. Grunge music is not as famous anymore because other music has entered the world, people now prefer the more modern and clean versions of lyrics and styles of music.
